Clan Name: Vorto.
Clan History: The Vorto Clan originated from a small group of ninja dedicating themselves to finding, and channeling, their animal spirit into different jutsu. As time passed this ability became inheritable and more diverse, the members able to now choose their own animal among anything they can be near long enough to observe and study. They are especially known for their animalistic features, mostly the tails and/or ears of their animal choice.
Clan Proficiency: Taijutsu.
Clan Weakness: Each of the Vorto Clan's member inherits a bit of their animal base's nature, most of the time either it's blind rage or it's skittish fear.
Clan Location: Konoha Village.
Clan Populace: Small.
Clan Jobs: Ethologists, Zoologists, Veterinarians.
Allied Clans: Konoha.
Enemy Clans: N/A.

The Vorto Clan a small indigenous clan to the lands of Fire Country, heavy in their practice of achieving unity with their spirit animals. They constantly are observing and live amongst the animal they deem their spirit, with each member harboring a different spirit animal. With it's secret practice long since established for generations, the members of the clans have been known to have malleable spirits that allows for them to become one with their spirit animals. As the unity with their animal spirit grows, it reflects back onto the clan member in physical transformations such as; ears, tails, claws, talons, etc. On top of that they are also known for their animalistic temperament due to the side effect of combining with animal spirits.

So what's the importance about the kunai that you need a summoning jutsu to bring it back to you? 55%: Pick one area in which seals gain a 1o% increase: • Detainment: 1o% to Effect Time. • Area Effect: 1o% to Range. • Explosives: 1o% to Damage. 6o%: Detainment and Explosive Tags can be made with Elemental Effects (Attributes allowed 1). 65%: Can create a buff or debuff Calligraphy jutsu. Rework this, this is nothing more than a regular cloning technique, there is nothing special about this that makes it any different than the regular cloning technique aside from it effecting objects. Also, the higher the ranks the higher the drains, and the drains you have there are far too low for C, B, A.

Seal of nothing and Seal of creation are a no and far beyond the powers of any normal shinobi.
Overall, rework this. I think you have something, I would have changed more, but there were too many errors and inconsistencies that I am just sending it back to you to rework. I guess Im okay with that, but the description needs to be changed slightly then! | Many apologies, for some reason my notes had been deleted, but I'll answer your questions/concerns.
1. Yes, no edo tensei, it's mostly because I don't want it offered as a specialty offered technique making it widely available to multiple people. In the series it had been explained how it works and it's really the only forbidden technique in the world, least shown so far, that didn't have any drawbacks, nor really required constant chakra from the user. So it's an already dangerously overpowered technique.
2. I have no clue either. I usually have to edit it after I send it in order for it to fix itself. :/
3. I didn't understand that at all from your first description of the Impure World Revival. Cause both your original Description and Original effect both sounded like descriptions of the technique. The Effect section basically dumbs down the technique to what it basically does.
So if Impure World Revival is suppose to revive the dead body, and then have that body revive your body and transfer it's life back into your own body. The description would be nice and long describing the process and so on, while the effect basically just say something like
Effect: Dead body comes back to life, summons old body, and then transfer life into that body, thus reviving you completel.
Or something to that affect. Though now that you explained it to me, my concern is how are you getting a duplicate of your own body. Orochimaru did something similar, but that was shown in two different ways, one was where he has to transfer his soul into a new body every three years or else the body will reject the soul and start to decay, and two through the special curse marks, specifically the ones he had placed on Anko and Sasuke where he was able to fully revive himself, along with even reviving himself through the bits of DNA that Kabuto had injected himself with.
But this technique hasn't explained that at all, it just states that it summon's your body, doesn't say if it restores your old bodies condition or anything like that.
So rewrite that jutsu and just make it a bit more clear, what it is it does and how does it do it. Though i will still more than likely add a heavy cost to it, since I can't very well have a technique that practically grants free revival to be easy to get after all.
4. As for the Selecting your Bio-field. It's basically choosing what sort of theme your experiment will run through. Whether that's human experimentation, animal experimentation, chimera experimentation, splicing experimentation. It branches out into many specific fields of what can be done and I would like for those of this class to basically pick the theme's their going to run with rather than them just running with it, with no real direction to move in.
I hope this answers your question's and concerns, for the most part like I said before my changes/suggestions are in color. You're free to accept them as is, or you can rewrite it, though I really would like you to rewrite Impure World Revival: Soul Shatter to make it more clear on what it is it does and how it does it and then we can go from there to see if it needs anymore tweaking to become accepted as a specialty technique. | |

[b]Description: One has gone through enough bodies, and experiments, and the pay off was all worth it, relatively speaking. When the user preforms this jutsu, they must have previously murdered a body for it before hand, to use as a conduit. They then rip out apart of their soul, and house it in the previously acquired body. The user then hides that dead body wherever they wish, with a summoning scroll. The summoning scroll is contracted to the user's real body, with a seal carved somewhere on their person. When the user perishes, the soul in the backup dead body reanimates it, then the user, is able to preform the second-half of the jutsu. Where they resummon their deceased corpse (however it's state is, whether in pieces, shambles, or dust), and then they preform the jutsu to fully revive it. All tissue and organs reform, completely as once before death. Once this is through, their soul reconnects to their newly revived body, and they are reborn into the world of the living once again. But it burns up the split part of the soul, leaving the user fractured. Each subsequent usage of this jutsu fractures the soul and mind more, driving the user closer to insanity, and to living husk. Effect: This jutsu allows one to revive from death. One acquires a dead body (through the heinous act of murder). They put a piece of their soul (along with some chakra) into it. Then when their real body dies, the body with their soul reanimates. This new body summons their old body, and the rest of the jutsu fully revives their original body. Then their soul fills the original body, and they rejoin the living. The user loses some sanity and chakra, with each successful revival.

| I took out the cool down's because a timed cool down doesn't do anything for this kind of site, so instead i created word requirements for making each tag, tags will, after being created and the player updates, be added into the inventory list of the player. What this means is, the seal itself will have it's initial Learning word cost to learn the technique itself, but then after that that Ranked list I made if the word requirement for the dedicated Tag making threads that must be achieved to create said Seals on the tags. Specialty Jutsu: you know now that I have a second look at this technique, what exactly is the purpose of this technique? It says to store 1 seal into a paper tag, and that you store chakra into the seal, so does it act like chakra reserves where you can get the chakra back from them? Or what? Cause if it's a matter of using it to make other calligraphy-nin seals then this technique is kinda pointless and only serves in making you spend double nearly triple the amount you normally would spend on one seal. So elaborate on this so i can get a better understanding the purpose of this technique, because as i see this, this technique is pointless and you don't need it.

Description: One has gone through enough bodies, and experiments, and the payoff was all worth it, relatively speaking. When the user performs this jutsu, they must have previously murdered a body for it before hand, to use as a conduit. They then rip out apart of their soul, and house it in the previously acquired body. The user then hides that dead body wherever they wish, with a summoning scroll. The summoning scroll is contracted to the user's real body, with a seal carved somewhere on their person. When the user perishes, the soul in the backup dead body reanimates it, then the user, is able to perform the second-half of the jutsu. Where they resummon their deceased corpse (however it's state is, whether in pieces, shambles, or dust), and then they perform the jutsu to fully revive it. All tissue and organs reform, completely as once before death. Once this is through, their soul reconnects to their newly revived body, and they are reborn into the world of the living once again. But it burns up the split part of the soul, leaving the user fractured. Each subsequent usage of this jutsu fractures the soul and mind more, driving the user closer to insanity, and to living husk. Effect: This jutsu allows one to revive from death. One acquires a dead body (through the heinous act of murder). They put a piece of their soul (along with some chakra) into it. Then when their real body dies, the body with their soul reanimates. This new body summons their old body, and the rest of the jutsu fully revives their original body. Then their soul fills the original body, and they rejoin the living. The user loses some sanity and chakra, with each successful revival.

Vision Loss Scale
Vision loss is the downfall of doujutsu and can end up driving a man crazy from the lack of said sight. This is due to heavy strain upon the eyes when you use it. To counteract this you can replace your eyes with others, however not many will go that far. Each Doujutsu-Nin has a set amount of Visionary, a number that represents how blind you have become.
The set number is 10,000. A doujutsu each time it is activated can cost anywhere from just 25 to 75 V. [Note: This is due to long term use. If your eyes function as a sort of scope this restriction has no affliction upon you, however something like X-Ray vision or Foresight would be afflicted by this rule.]
The levels of blindness are as follows:
10,000 - Perfect vision, no problems. (MAX Vision Range: 4 miles) 9,000 - Your vision is barely fuzzy, but your now having a bit of trouble seeing at very long distances. Your other senses sharpen very slightly. (MAX Vision Range: 3.5 miles) 7,000 - Your vision is creeping in further. Looking far out is unbearable without glasses. Your sanity is slightly unstable, your other senses are again sharpened. (MAX Vision Range: 3 miles) 5,000 - It's like a noticable wall of colors now. The distance is completely mish-mashed. Your other senses have sharpened a bit more. (MAX Vision Range: 2.5 miles) 3,000 - You can see where your vision ends now its incredibly close. Your hearing increases to a sensitive state. (MAX Vision Range: 2 miles) 1,000 - Your vision is slowly dimming, going darker and darker no longer a matter of distance, but light. Your senses increase, but your sanity is becoming slowly more unstable. (Light Level: 95%) 0900 - Only slightly darker its almost impossible to not miss the fact you're losing sight. (Light Level: 90%) 0700 - Another step toward your loss of vision. Senses have increased at a moderate level. (Light Level: 70%) 0500 - You're practically blind now. Other senses increase dramatically. (Light Level: 50%) 0300 - You are incapable of seeing more than a few meters ahead. Senses dramatically increase again. (Light Level: 30%) 0100 - Inches and blobs are all that's left. Your sanity is shredding slowly, your senses increase. You can now feel the very movements on the earth. (Light Level: 10%) 0000 - You see nothing, the black surrounds you and your mind. You want it back, you will try it all to get it. Your other senses have reached their peak.
