Hunters [Hunter-Nin]
Hunter-Nin are a special team, each unique to their own village and go under different names, given the specific duty of hunting down missing-nin. They could be seen wearing standard ANBU uniform. They may also wear a mask with thin slitted eye-hole and a wavy design in place of the mouth, and their village symbol on the forehead. They kill their target, taking the head as proof, and then completely dispose of the body by using various methods, such as cremation or the summoning of wild carrion crows to devour the corpse. This is done in order to make sure the village secrets, which a ninja's body holds, are kept safe.

ANBU
ANBU, are unique to each village and go under different names, take orders directly from the Kage, performing special high-level missions, such as assassinations and torture. The ANBU usually work in teams formed to the requirements of the mission, ensuring maximum success. The shinobi in the ANBU are hand-picked by the Kage; chosen for their individual capabilities and special skills. Age, gender, background, or previous rank bear no weight in this decision. They wear their mask even in their own village, for their identity as an ANBU agent is to be known only by the Kage and village elders.

Missing Ninja [Missing-Nin]
Missing-Nin are ninja who left their village without the intention of returning, often because they have committed criminal acts or to pursue other personal gains. The ninja village that they are from will often try to track them down and eliminate them. Depending on the village leader's decisions, the missing-nin in question may be given leniency. The most prominent example is Sasuke Uchiha, who is not marked for death by the Fifth Hokage, Tsunade, as a favor to Naruto Uzumaki, and is instead to be brought back as a Konohagakure citizen. However, according to Kakashi Hatake, a missing-nin is typically marked for death simply for defecting, and such mercy is rare.

Missing Ninja
Typically Shinobi who have defected from their village or have committed heinous crimes against their village. They become known as missing-nin. They will be hunted down by hunter-nin, however, they are often on the move and hard to track down. They do not have any restrictions upon where they can go and once they are out of a certain jurisdiction specific hunter-nin can no longer track them unless the mission is given to them. They are ranked from either D to S+ rank. D being the lowest and S+ being the highest.

Requirements

• Must leave your village
  
• Can be of any level
  
• Don't even have to be a specific rank
  

Bonus

• Can initiate Death Match(DM)'s in any thread they are in
  
• Get an extra 25% money earned when cashing in bounties
  

Cons

• Hunted by Hunter-nin, among many other things
  
• Can no longer learn village jutsu
  

Experimentation
Most missing-ninja have become so crazed in their attempts of acquiring a greater power that they have made modifications to their body. These modifications come to the body as a form of kinjutsu, in where the missing-nin can learn a special kinjutsu at the B, A, and S ranks.

Examples:

• Kakuzu has experimented upon himself, changing his innards to a black liquid.
  
• Deidara has experimented upon himself, adding mouths to various parts of his body for his abilities.
  
• Orochimaru has experimented upon himself, so that his true form is that of a large whitesnake.
  

Experiments will be gained as such

• B rank: Obtained when a user is B rank
  
• A rank: Obtained when a user is A rank
  
• S rank: Obtained when a user is S rank
